Returns Policy

This Returns Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Sale for Headway Truck Tyres. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Return Requests

1.1. Customers must submit a return request by email to sales@headwaytrucktyres.co.uk
in order to initiate the returns process.
1.2. Once a return request has been received, Headway Truck Tyres will provide confirmation by email within one (1) working day, including the appropriate return address.
1.3. Returns received without prior authorisation may be refused.

2. Condition of Goods

2.1. Only unused goods are eligible for return.
2.2. Goods that have been used, fitted, or otherwise installed are strictly non-refundable.

3. Return Methods

3.1. Customers are responsible for arranging the return of goods unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2. Headway Truck Tyres may, at its discretion, offer a collection service to assist with the return. Customers should indicate their requirement for this service when submitting their return request.

4. Collection Fees

4.1. Collection fees are based on the total weight of the goods being returned. The following charges apply as a general guide:

0 – 200 kg: £120 + VAT (if goods were delivered on a pallet)

201 – 500 kg: £200 + VAT (or £250 + VAT if goods were delivered on a pallet)

Over 500 kg: Price on Application (POA) – please contact us for a quotation.

4.2. Collection charges are non-refundable and must be paid in full prior to collection being arranged.

5. Refunds

5.1. Refunds will be issued only once the returned goods have been received, inspected, and confirmed as unused and in a saleable condition.
5.2. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
5.3. Delivery charges and collection fees are non-refundable.

Warranty Claims

Goods supplied by Headway Truck Tyres will be covered by the manufacturer’s standard terms of warranty which can be viewed on their website or you can request them from us. If goods fail due to manufacturer fault we will assist you in making a warranty claim for compensation or replacement.

It is important to note that Headway Truck Tyres UK Ltd are not the manufacturer of the products that we sell, therefore goods are sold with all warranties (if any) issued by the manufacturers and based upon the fact that the manufacturers only manufacture goods of merchantable quality, the goods are transmitted without examination by us (the seller) upon the basis that any lack of merchantable quality is a matter between the buyer and the manufacturer. That being said, our team of experienced staff will always assist our customers in pursuing valid warranty claims, and we will always fight along side you for a positive resolution.

The number of warranty claims we receive is extremely low, due to the certified manufacturing processes for the products supplied, When a suspected defect appears it is important to report it to us as soon as possible, and for you to take photo or video evidence to support your claim.
