This Shipping Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Sale for Headway Truck Tyres. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Delivery Service

1.1. All goods are despatched via a pallet courier service on a Day 1 for Day 3 basis.
1.2. Deliveries are restricted to UK Mainland addresses only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Order Processing and Cut-Off Times

2.1. Orders received by 3 pm on Day 1 will be processed for despatch on the next working day (Day 2).
2.2. Delivery will occur on Day 2 or Day 3, depending on the delivery location and courier schedules.
2.3. Orders received after 3 pm will be treated as having been placed on the following working day.

3. Delivery Charges

3.1. Standard delivery charges are included within pallet courier rates.
3.2. Single tyre orders will incur an additional charge of £30.00 plus VAT per order.

4. Non-UK Mainland Deliveries

4.1. Customers requiring delivery to addresses outside of the UK Mainland must contact us directly at sales@headwaytrucktyres.co.uk.

4.2. Quotations for such deliveries will be provided on a case-by-case basis and must be confirmed in writing prior to despatch.

5. Delivery Timeframes

5.1. While we make every effort to meet the delivery times stated, all dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
5.2. Headway Truck Tyres shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses caused by any delay in delivery of the goods.
